First Step

Your first step should be to contact me and set up a meeting. We can meet at my office or preferably your home. This way we can get to know each other and I can find out what your situation is. I will put together a custom comparative market analysis(CMA). This will provide you with the best pricing for your home. A well-priced home will sell quickly. My market analysis takes into account the most actively searched prices and home values throughout your area, including expired listings, and properties still on the market. With multiple data points through visual pricing and the MLS we can pin point and appropriate price. I have gone through appraisal education and understand exactly what an appraiser is looking at to ensure your value will be there.

Marketing Plan

At no additional cost to you I hire a licensed appraiser to generate a floor plan and take accurate measurements. I provide this floor plan to any potential buyers online and on the brochures. A professional home photographer will take the best photos in the best light and angles. No cell phone pictures here. Since most buyers are looking online first we want them to see the best possible view of the property.

A graphic designer will then produce a full color brochure to put out on the sign. Again containing all the stats, photos and floor plan. As well as Just Listed Post cards and Open Houses. I put your home in front of thousands of buyers, establishing it on the local MLS as well as the Denver MLS.  In addition, I will use the Internet, and this professionally optimized website, to make your listing highly visible. With more than 80% of buyers checking the web first when looking for a home, that's a part of your marketing strategy you can't afford to miss.
